Soira Ramos

She is a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a 4-40 license, bringing her passion for helping others to the insurance industry. Originally from Cuba, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2002 before moving to the Florida Keys in 2011.

Fluent in Spanish, Soira takes pride in assisting clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and comfort for every customer she serves.

Before entering insurance, she worked as a Revenue Specialist with the Department of Revenue, where she developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for accuracy in highly regulated environments.

Today, Soira is proud to be part of Houston Insurance Agency, where she enjoys helping individuals and families protect what matters most. She believes insurance is one of the most important tools we have to safeguard our loved ones and valued possessions. Her priority has always been to serve others with care, respect, and dedication.
